Leadership development

Becoming a leader worth following.

Most leaders get promoted for what they can do themselves. The 100X Leader is about what happens to the people around you — whether they get healthier and more capable because you lead them, or quietly smaller.

What it is

Support and challenge, at the same time.

Almost every leader leans hard one way — all support, or all challenge. The 100X work is learning to hold both in the same conversation, and noticing which one you quietly drop when you're under pressure.

Where it comes from

Built by GiANT Worldwide

The 100X Leader was developed by Jeremie Kubicek and Steve Cockram and set out in the book The 100X Leader: How to Become Someone Worth Following.

I'm a certified GiANT Guide and 100X Leader facilitator. I didn't create this framework — I bring the coaching and follow-through that turns it into an actual habit, not just a good conversation.
How I use it

Where it shows up most

This one's central to the Individual Leadership Sprint's confidence track — most leaders already know which quadrant they default to. Naming it out loud is where the shift starts.

Build leaders worth following

Whether it's one executive or a whole leadership bench, a 30-minute call is enough to figure out what would actually move the needle.
