About Sara

Built to help people become who they already are.

I'm Sara Gayle — founder of EverKind, certified GiANT Guide, and someone who's spent most of my career at the intersection of people, purpose, and the systems that either help them or get in their way.

I believe you have value before you do a single thing to earn it. When you move through the world from that place instead of from proving yourself, you get to make decisions based on what you actually want and value — not what you think you owe someone. That's the thesis behind everything EverKind does.

My background spans risk management, large-scale events, community advocacy, and leadership development across the US and UK. I've worked with the NAACP, government leaders, creative organizations, and founders quietly building something world-changing who just needed someone to help them see it clearly.

I'm based in Granada, Spain. I work globally.

"You have value before you perform a single thing. Lead from that, and every decision after gets easier to make."

How I think about this work

Three things I know to be true.

Identity before behavior
Sustainable change doesn't come from better habits. It comes from knowing who you are — and leading from that place consistently. Identity work comes first, always.
Practical tools, not theory
5 Voices and the GiANT OS give us a shared language and concrete tools — not frameworks for their own sake, but ones that hold up in real rooms, under real pressure.
You don't have to translate yourself for me
However you communicate, however you learn, whatever you're actually trying to become — I meet you there instead of asking you to shrink to fit a program. The program bends. You don't have to.
